I ordered this kit.  Sleves fit perfect in diameter.  I did have to trim the length on a couple
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00K7D4F2O/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I went to order a set and now they are unavailable ..  Always my luck..

That's what I bought knowing they will need cut down and glued-in. See my video in the how-tos. The Up-side is that they are working very well with no wear and no squeaking. Now I need to do the rest...lol  Here's that vid:

Confirmed!! (Again) The RZR 800 A-arm bushings DO work in the Zforce 800, As NMK Said, I did add some adhesive to mine but really didn't need it as they needed tapped in and pretty much scraped off all of the adhesive.
I ordered the ones from the link to Amazon in this thread.

I'm going to try to knurl all the ones that fit loose. I have a set of straight-cut 19mmx8mm-1.6 wheels coming and have already modified one of my pipe cutters for them and made a device to hold and rotate the bushing. I see I may also have to warm the surface a little but if it helps them to fit the housings and the sleeve better...it will be worth it. I am going to talk with ASR about offering a set for the Zs...and the Us.

Knurling should work. I would put something inside the bushing when you do it. I have just used a lathe but your idea sounds like it should work. I never heated anything. I used slow increasing pressure with lube. A very light oil should work.

I rigged one up in my drill press on it's slowest rate and hit it with a heat gun long enough to get the surface pretty warm to see if it was formable for the wheels. It seems to be, but I am worried about applying pressure on such hard plastic. I have some centering bushings on the ends but was thinking about the need for sleeve inside. Think I need some more sleeve stock...lol

Delrin knurls fine. I would think whatever They are made of, should be similar. Loctite makes a glue. Can't remember the number but it's black max. I have used it to glue parts together to machine them. Soak the parts in acetone to dissolve it. Some plastic doesn't like acetone so test first. I worry that heat will push material out like kneading dough. If you have a spare bushing, never hurts to try.

Yep. Black max is not cheap, but man it holds. Metal to metal or plastic it will hold great with just a drop of it. Clean the mating parts with acetone first.

I'm planning on re-bushing my fronts and rears over the winter this year.  I've been watching this thread closely.  I don't like the idea of gluing the bushings.  Just remember your going to have to get those bushings out sooner or later.  That Loc-tite is some wicked stuff.  It works. Good. Maybe too good for a bushing. Just my .02 centavos.

I would not suggest black max for glueing in the bushings. I had suggested it for keeping them on a shaft or arbor to knurl them.
