Hey guys wanting some input.
I'm thinking about powder coating the springs just for cosmetics my concern is having to heat the springs to 450 degrees for the powder coat to cure.
Anybody think it could hurt the integrity of the spring?
Thanks guys

I believe I have seen this discussed at length on either the Polaris or RZR forums, I think some had done it and the consensus was that heating the springs to that temperature caused no damage to the strength of the springs, you might want to search the other forums.

I don't think 450 is hot enough to do any damage

Looks good. What kind of paint did you use ? How's it holding up?

I have painted springs before using air drying spraying enamel (NOT two pack) like is used on farm machinery and it has lasted good.
I would think the powdercoating might be too stiff and break off after a while.
