The reason I asked is because I was told the sleeves were a different size.

Ok then. I have a couple of loose ones on the rear lower knuckle that need replaced so I will give them a shot. Thanks. Yes, the bushing to a-arm has to be tighter as the OEs are way too loose. I have had to glue mine to hold them. I was worried about the sleeve to bushing but you said all is well with the other three installs.

OK..got my set in. Measurements say they are a little different then the CFM's. I'll start pulling it down tomorrow so we'll see.

Buying some sure sounds better than making them. I was thinking if the bushings press in hard, the id will get a bit smaller. In the past l had to ream the hole for the pin. I bought a set of expanding readers and they have come on handy many times for me.

CENTER HOLE IN BUSHING IS VERY TIGHT BUT WILL GO IN WITHOUT REAMING, OUTSIDE DIA IS ONLY SLITLY LARGER THAN CF MOTO BUSHING PLUS THE BUSHING IS MADE OF A HARDER MATERIAL RODE 200 MILES LAST WEEKED AND HAVE NO PLAY IN ANY BUSHING I REPLACED

How does this material compare to the UHMW material? Bushings have a pretty tough life. My stock 570 bushings(before the current Zforce) seem to be just plastic and behaved as such. Great forum! Love to hear the feedback!

These are made of Delron (or aka Delrin) which is said to be the best material for this type of bushing. It's a harder material and self-lubricating. I put a set of these ASR bushing on the front of my Brute Force and although I went to a newer setup on the top a-arm the lowers still have the ASR Delron bushings to this date. Over 3000 miles on them now and still tight as the day I installed them. I should add that the uppers lasted about 2000 miles but all other previous bushings only lasted about 600 miles. The only thing I have any concern about after the fit.. is the sleeve.. as it is of a softer or lower quality material then the standard normally used by other manufacturers. I am tempted to buy the high quality sleeve material and make my own but for now I will use the OE's to test.
