I think it's going to work. I would put a little bit of grease on the seal and check that it lines up ok before running. Would have to use the BRP seal, but you have one now.

Yeah...it does work. I never did it but many have. As I recall someone said they had to use the rubber seal off of a 152 filter and not the CFM...but it's been a few years and I might have got it wrong...but no biggie, it does work...at least on all the 800s it does. Any that use the cartridge filter check the part number for the cover. It it is the same as the 800s, it will work.
