I am thinking about putting some bigger tires on my Uforce 800? I know people have been going up to 30's on the Zforce without any rubbing. Does anyone know what will fit on the Uforce 800?

Hi fellow uforce owner i am in the same boat, once my warranty has finished i want to put bigger tyres on, my dealer says not to as he says you can get diff binding but i am sure if all tyres were the same diameter and you dont go to much bigger than stock then it should be ok. but some input from someone from here would be great, i am wanting to put 27s on mine at some stage but have a few other mods i want to do. have you done any mods to yours? i want to do the intake mod at somestage but not alot of info on here i found one post were a guy used pvc downpipe and had two intakes one for cvt and engine other was a exhaust for cvt. i want to feed both engine and cvt to a snorkle and vent the exhaust somehow away from the engine but not up so high, maybe out the side somehow.

Just some cosmetic stuff so far.  I put a nice stereo in it and led light bar.  Next on the list is to do a snorkel kit and try to see how big of tires I can fit.

Bigger tires will not cause diff binding as long as they are all the same size. That dealer must have just came off of his 4:20 break or something.

If you're going to snorkel, you should raise the CVT exhaust too. Water will go in the exhaust just the same as the intake.

So just put on at 2 inch bracket lift and 1.5 inch wheel spacers and went with a 28inch motoboss I still have a little rubbing on hard turns but that is because the motoboss is such a square tire I thing if I woul have went with the mega mayhams I wouldn't have any problems!

Nice. Hell of a tire. Are you sure the fronts are going the right direction? Looks like they are switched.

Good eye, NMK. The 28" Mega Mayhems are #1 on my list. They just look so good on the z800. They are a bit lighter than the other mud tires, and do run a bit small, but adding Rodin's arched lower a-arms will solve that and give you additional clearance as well. The 30's just seem like overkill unless you really like the mud. Only issue I have is I wanted to get an extended warranty on a z800, but I'll void that warranty in a hurry as soon as I start adding what I want to it. Doors and rock sliders are one thing, huge tires and re-arched lower a-arms are an entirely different animal.

Does anyone know if they are going to make some aftermarket A arms for the Uforce?
