Good eye, NMK. The 28" Mega Mayhems are #1 on my list. They just look so good on the z800. They are a bit lighter than the other mud tires, and do run a bit small, but adding Rodin's arched lower a-arms will solve that and give you additional clearance as well. The 30's just seem like overkill unless you really like the mud. Only issue I have is I wanted to get an extended warranty on a z800, but I'll void that warranty in a hurry as soon as I start adding what I want to it. Doors and rock sliders are one thing, huge tires and re-arched lower a-arms are an entirely different animal.
