Does anyone know about the software update that address jumpy throttle? My dealer told me about it today. They said it covered 2023/24 year.

Get a cheap obdII reader so you can read and clear codes. I bet it is the O2 sensor low voltage.
I would not always get a code on the dash (or i would miss it) since sometimes it would flash the code a few times then disappear but the mil would stay on.

UForce 1000 / O2 Senser Check Engine Observation
July 13, 2024, 01:58:13 PM
I have been getting check engine light for the O2 sensor since i bought the uforce. I could clear it but it always came back.
I have not popped the O2 sensor in roughly a 1000 miles. its only a guess and could be a coincidence but I think the electrical system was not keeping up and causing low voltage on the O2 sensor. The roof mounted mbquart radio was the only accessory running when I would get the check engine light its not like I had a bunch of audio stuff or lights tied to the factory system.
The only change I have made in the past 1000 miles is a battery isolator and a second battery.

UForce 1000 / Check Your 40 Amp Main Fuse
April 03, 2024, 02:58:36 PM
The Uforce would not start and it seemed like the battery was dead but I had just moved it two minutes before so I was pretty sure the battery was not dead.
I pulled the Passenger seat to get a better look and the 40 Amp fuse was blown then I noticed the insulation on the wire had been rubbing the frame and had a very small spot that was causing it to ground out. When I pulled the fuse I noticed the fuse holder was brittle like it had gotten to hot. any way it might be worth checking electrical shorts are never fun.
A few wraps of electrical tape and a zip tie will resolve the frame rubbing problem. I plan on purchasing a new fuse holder this week.

I have been randomly popping code P013029 I believe it was for Bank 1 Sensor 1. Is that the one closest to the cab or the muffler?
Thanks

UForce 1000 / Valve Adjustment Help
March 07, 2024, 08:08:01 PM
I finally got around to adjusting the valves on the uforce. It's something I have done maybe twice in my life and now once on cfmoto. it seemed like all of the valves were too tight from the factory anyway, so I adjusted to about the middle of the suggested range. Now I have a noticeable ticking noise. Has anyone else done the valve adjustment that can chime in? I am just second-guessing my valve job but I really don't want to take it apart again the ones closest to the cab are a pain.

UForce 1000 / Re: Uforce 1000 headliner

I wanted to add a headliner to help with the droning noise you get sometimes. I used some 3m headliner glue and hobby lobby headliner material. May not be great for some just depends on how you ride. I am not out mudding or anything but I could replace it about 5 times for 30 bucks.

My horn connector on the 2023 is close to the firewall above the brake master cylinder. That's close to where the the horn bracket/mounting location on the frame.

I installed a clutch kit during the first 100 miles. I can't say how big the difference was because I didn't have much comparison time and it was 3k miles ago.
I feel like it did help some but it was not the 100% cureall I had seen discussed around the web.

UForce 1000 / Footwell Speakers or alternative
February 14, 2024, 06:35:56 AM
Has anyone found a way to install speakers in the footwell? I know you can get the OEM Stage 1 Kit but I can't find just the speaker enclosures. I have the overhead audio I just prefer the sound in front of me instead of overhead.
I noticed some of the Canam enclosures looked like they may work..
