Shift While Driving?

I'm not sue I have asked this before but my guess is that you don't shift while driving?  I haven't ever done this (and you won;t find me launching a new post under an assumed name saying I shifted while driving and jacked my tranny, HELP!).  Just wanting to make sure as we are about to unwinterize the beast and get out to the mountains and deserts.

NEVER...I wouldn't even from H to N while moving..not with these transmissions. Always stop completely.
