So I want to add a accessories fuse block. I'm not an electrician but can do it with a little guidance . I have a back light rocker switch to run my rock lights,  a back light dual USB charging port, and my speakers with built-in amp so only power and ground wire to hook up.  So my main question is I want the rocker switch/rock lights and my speakers to be constantly hot but I want the USB port to be key on hot so I will need to put a relay on that circuit how would I go about that and how do you run the 3 prong rocker switches?  By the way I'm using a blue sea 6 circuit fuse block.  Thanks, input would be much appreciated!

Well..how much load do you expect to be putting on the USB port? If it's just normal USB loads..like below 3.1 amps, then a relay isn't necessary. Just tie into the accessary plug wire which is keyed power. You will need keyed power anyway to use a relay..that's not really needed. If you plan on a circuit needing higher amps..like 5-20, then a relay is a good idea.

On the switch, if you have three, one in line, one is load and one is ground for the led light. If there is 4, then the same except one will be separate power for one of the LEDs. If 5 or more it gets complicated.

I plan on using the USB port just to charge cell phones or devices of that sort.  So I would tap a keyed hot wire (horn switch?) running it to the power tab and the ground tab to a factory ground, sorry but do I run a jumper wire to the tab for the led from the power tab?

I have to assume that as the power-out is through the USB ports then if there is three on the back, one is power in, one is power for the LED and one is for the LED ground so..yes. To confirm, there should be a wiring diagram on the internet somewhere. I only see 2 posts on all the ones I find though.

Is there a reason you don't want to use the accessory plug power wire for it? The horn power is OK as I believe it also is fused with the same 10amp fuse.

Well my speakers originally was taking up the cig power port. I just wanted everything neat and tidy without wires hanging, so I guess I don't even need a fuse block I can run my speakers directly from battery with an inline fuse and jump power from 2 factory switches to run the other rocker switch I have with low power led and the USB port... Save money and they will still be on a fused circuit... I guess it will be safe?

Sure, everything is on a fuse somewhere and most accessories are on that 10amp fuse in the fuse box so, just keep that in mind and make your wiring nice and you should be fine.

Good deal, thanks for the input... I just always second guess myself I don't know if that's a good thing or bad?  lol

Sounds like you have a plan but this is a nice write up. Worth reading. I did something like it to my rhino but used two panels. One for constant and the out her keyed
