That makes more sense. The bushings are fine.

The mounting tabs are not up against the bushing faces and leaves room for the bushings to slide front to back along the sleeve.

You can use appropriately sized washers to fill in the space, or, if you are feeling brave, could manipulate the arm to bring the tabs closer together.

If it were me, I'd have the dealer address the issue given the machine is a 2021. They might order a new arm to address the issue as the tabs on the original arm are clearly not spaced correctly.

You can use washers with a 5/8" hole as it has to go over the sleeve to take up the slack. When I rebuilt mine I put these special nylon washers in as "wear-washers" on either side of all of them. Gave something movable for the bushings to rotate against while they had thrust or pressure against them in either direction. I used black nylon ones after I tried steel washers because the steel still caused wear on the bushing and on the mount arm. I think I show them in my videos. I can't get the black any more but can these white ones and had a bag here ready for the new 5/8s sleeves I will be installing this winter. If you use these you will have to custom-size them as they will be too thick. I split the difference and take a little off the face of the bushing then with my bench sander reduce the washer's thickness to just take the play out with no pressure on the bushing. I've been very happy with their performance.

I wasn't able to find any rubber or nylon washers in 5/8 locally. I did pick up some of these machine bushings from the hardware store. They are designed to wear first and save equipment at contact points. They are pretty thin at .05 of an inch so I'm hoping to be able to fit one one each side of the knuckle. I'm not sure if using one on only only side to shim will mess up the geometry of the rear wheel but I don't want to find out.

Best if one on either side but not worry about geometry if not. Not enough to worry about. Just take the play out..or 99.9% of it..no more. It has to move freely between the mounts.

I might still do that. I'm under warranty until June 1, 2022. I used one washer/shim on the top a-arm but couldn't fit one in the other side. The bottom arm was just tight enough that I couldn't slip one in there without beating it in. I didn't do that because I thought it could cause faster wear. Torqued everything up and the play is gone. I'll keep an eye on it for a while. Probably been like that since new.
