hi I need more ground clearance but not sure which way to go. Should I put a 2in lft kit on or go for 26in tires to 27s or maybe 29s

Whatever you do to a non-EX lift-wise will degrade the ride even more and shorten the CVs lives dramatically. Larger tires along with clutch adjustments would be step#1. Then add the 2" spacer lifts but only set the preloads far as the axles can handle...something less then 2"s. JMO.

spacer lifts that go between the spring and adjsuter are the worst type of lift you can do. its like mashing your preload to the max and then some, the ride would be horrible IMO. Find or make some small bracket lifts for the shocks.
