I have only used my winch a few times and the last time it was used I noticed it was starting to smoke. Anyone else have problems with theirs? And is this covered under warranty?

No problems with mine..yet and it should be covered.

sounds good I will be calling the dealer tomorrow. They still have to put the crank case breather hose kit on. Love the machine but sometimes dealing with the dealer sucks.

Yeah and sometimes working the bugs out of these tests one's metal... Hand in there.

I've had to use mine more times than I liked (but only twice for my dumbiness); no problems yet.
