So about a month ago I took the bike in zforce 500 and I just picked it up today for the throttle issue and got it home and wrote it for about a half an hour notice to the temperature gauge was only getting two one bar but the fan was cycling directly back to the dealer excuses it must have been a bad batch of sensors last time it was there they change both temp sensors and at 1 ended up being bad one of the new ones but now we're back to square one I'm starting to question their ability of CFMOTO

These are such simple designs I think I might be questioning your service department's competency to repair a problem....and why did they allow it to go home without a complete shake-down first.

Yeah I'm definitely not having much faith in the service department this will be the fourth coolant temp sensor when they couldn't figure out the problem the first time they actually ended up changing my digital dash and even tried a new ECM off a new unit before they went back and checked all the wiring and sensors and found the new sensor was bad

Yeah there is two sensors, one on the radiator to trigger the fan relay to turn the fan on and off and one on the engine head to sense the coolant temp for the display. Two separate systems..I guess the question is...which sensor...or temp gauge.. is bad. Without looking at the manual most fan switches are set to close or come on somewhere between 200 and 210. Then set to open or turn off once the coolant temp drops down to between 193-197 degrees. On most CFMs that means just before 4 bars it comes on and just over 2..just into 3 it shuts off. Sometimes one will see 3 bars all the time between the cycles because each bar has about a 10-12 degree range. It would be nice to have a real temp gauge on these things.

I'm just finding it hard to believe that 5 sensors could be bad in a row
