Yeah..it's not possible for five sensors to be bad in a row..not even for CFM. It's something else..somewhere else. Unless..they aren't actually changing the sensor..just screwing with it. Mark it with something and see if it comes back.

Something that I thought was funny is I talk to the technician and he said CFMOTO support line told him there's no way the sensor was bad but he said he told the tech it was even though the tech told him to check other things

Oh I believe it. And there is a simple test that will tell you. These are just too simple to go bad. I think I heard of one prior to this...and it was questionable.

The sad thing about this dealership is is that they are a major dealership they carry Yamaha Suzuki Polaris CFMOTO but it seems like they're just Parts changers

i was at my dealership friday to pick up new steering rack for my machine and the owner was telling me they are changing the coolant fan sensors out on all the machines on 2016 back when they are in for service because of the problem with them my dealership has a great group of mechanics and the owners are great people to they have went above and be on for me.

I wish the dealership I was dealing with had good mechanics I called them today to tell them about this and they said that there was no such knowledge of any problem and said They wish they could get it figured out because it isn't really worth what CFMOTO pays for warranty work

So just a quick update on the CFMOTO cforce 500 I just talked to the dealer and they said they have checked everything the wiring the plugs everything and talk to the tech line all day said that the tech online has no idea what is wrong with it they checked the voltage at the sensor and it's not giving the proper reading but CFMOTO doesn't think the wiring harness is bad so at this point I'm getting kind of concerned

Well, if they can't fix it.. they need to give you one that works.

Yea because they don't have competent techs they have parts changers that are used to the regular parts to change on the other models...

So I called the dealership boots working on my CFMOTO yesterday and I said they're still waiting on parts so they can do more troubleshooting they ordered the coolant sensor last Tuesday they said that ass CFMOTO where the sensor was coming from they said CFMOTO couldn't give them an answer and I think that CFMOTO switching vendors any thoughts

Sounds like more BS to me.
