I just got a survey from cfmoto in the mail. Took it online and was brutally honest. Sounds like they are trying to see how there doing.
2013 Z6 Trail
Iron Baltic skid plates

Mostly stock trail riding

They are sent out with a code. I believe it let's them know the exact machine you are surveying for. If you look at the top of it, your model is there with a code for it.

maybe it's only certain years they sent them out or buyers within a certain time.
