It said on it "you purchased a ..... Within 3 years" so I guess if you bought one from 2013 - 2016 you should get one.

Did mine a few days ago. I have no problem doing them if I think they will actually use the info and with CF moto, I think they will as they are trying to build the brand.

Nothing for Canadian guys...guess they don't care about how we are doing!
