 I know that there are changes coming but is there no way I can upload a Avatar picture? I keep getting an error saying it took to long or the pic is to big.  I kind of don't like seeing the big question mark as my pic.

I don't think so. I tried making one as small as possible for a member and it still wouldn't...but I have not tried a link to a hosting service like Imgur. The forom has it's own account and you are welcome to use it.
