According to the manual it should give the error code while the engine is running but it doesn't. All it does is the two quick test flashes. That makes me think what ever is wrong.. isn't something it can detect. I got the video by the way and also uploaded it to my YT but I see I can delete mine now.

Hi again ok I maybe have to take to dealer and have a check up surely can't be much wrong with it being 6months old ?
Probably something very minor.

Yeah hope so thanks for all your help and to the other members who helped me too much appreciated:)

Hello, thanks for the vídeo, we can´t get much info of the vídeo, no countable errors. The EPS indicador should stay on after ingnition and then goes off after engine start if there is no fault, your blinks on and then turns off, very stange? I would check EPS fuse, then go to the EPS ECU and check all cables and plugs and see if there are damage or ground cables. Unplug the connectors and clean them, see if you get any results. There are not many throubleshooting with the EPS, or it is a cable, motor, or EPS ECU with should be expansive. Check with a friend if they have same EPS and swap the EPS ECU and see results. If you have your dealer close its better to take it, it should be under warranty.

I don't think the warranty transfers in the UK, but I hope I'm wrong.

Be patient, you'll figure this out. Have you grabbed a meter and checked for power and grounds to the harness?  If that checks out than you may want to take the unit apart and look at the boards to see if they are fried.

Eps in manual 6-12
Makes reference to more info on 6-30. There is nothing there. I checked every manual I have and can't find any checks or pin out functions.

O2 sensor? No idea. Looks like we need to put out a request for eps circuit and pin out functions. I think the eps is the same on all models. Might try the request in the general discussion.

I would try asking for information on the eps electrical tests in the general catagory. see if someone also has the missing section from the manual. I have a few different model manuals and I can't seem to find any info outside of physically removing the unit even though they make reference to another section for info that's not there. The wiring diagram shows it, but as far as function of each wire, that would be helpful to find the source of the problem.

There is 2/3  harness. 1 is motor power but the other is from the torque sensor. Just not sure how to test

If your looking at a big bill.
This is the non eps assembly.
You can compare parts with the eps assembly. Might just be the stem is all you need. Print the list off and check off what you already have.
