Would have thought to be a dealer you'd need parts and a pda. Hmm,seems like usa market is moving slow in this area

I seen this on youtube. Seems a few have had this problem. I would be interested in how they fix it. I am waiting till the work out the bugs before I buy one. Watch the vid and see if this is the same issue you have.

Kinda acts like the TPS is not where it needs to be or it has a bad spot....and we all know about CFM's HQ electrical parts...

I have received a CF Moto TSB on how to fix it.  Told by CF Moto Canada that because the Clutch is different in Canada than in Europe (Where the TSB was produced/created) it does not apply and will not fix mine.  The TSB describes adjustment on the TPS position.  Canada Rep said they are still looking into a solution.  TSB describes exactly what the bike is doing and said it fixes this issue.

Never knew the Canadians got a different clutch, I'll be in the factory next week and will check this. But I'm positive all x500ho use the same clutches. There was some setup difference, weights & springs. But basic clutches are the same.

Thanks Wheels.  I was told that the CVT IBC is somehow differant.  Any suggestions or help at this point is greatly appreciated.

Mine is brand new here in the USA and it does it too. I'll keep an eye on here to see if we come up with a  solution

I gave the dealer the TSB I got, they said they were told by the Tech Rep here in Canada it doesn't apply so they will not adjust the TPS even though it worked in Europe.

That is disappointing. I am in the US. I was giving the 500ho a serious look, but I can't get past this issue. If they figure it out, maybe I can consider it again.

Issue resolved.  Dealer adjusted the TPS and the throttle cable was catching.  Bike runs great now!
