And what's the fix on The heavy brake pedal. They do stop well but just heavy pressure needed to push down.

Sintered pads have a very hard surface, expect 200-300 miles for them to bed in.

The power output of the engines is close, the Commander puts out 71hp I think and the zforce is 65hp I think. Clutching is where it's at on these things for the biggest acceleration gains.  I went to 29inch tires and did clutching at the same time and expected a power loss, but even after the big ass tires which also weigh about 12-15lbs more each I still feel I have more acceleration now. Can't imagine how much more powerful it would have felt still on the stock tires.

Well, you will need low range less often. Remember though it has no effect on the wet clutch and it's engagement so if its super-slow..better use low.

I think this vid on backshift test was when I had it in B2. After the tires stopped spinning it picked up pretty well. Only ran it up to about 45 or so.

I just found out i can spin the 29s for about 5 feet on dry pavement in low.... i won't be doing that often but gives you a sense of the bottom end it has.

Later after all the extra weight was added I went to A2 because it was a little doggy in the sand. It helped a lot. Here's that vid.

I'm wondering if this https://cmimotor.com/en/products/r800-stage-1 isn't an overall better idea.  Site says you can still tune as well if needed. Yeah it's $1000.00 but what doesn't start at 500 bucks for a sxs. I've only seen one video of this in a 800ex installed and it was in snow so its kind of hard to tell what's what.

The wet clutch delete may be nice for those that want that little extra performance on take off and acceleration.. but I would think the secondary would still need clocked differently if you want the engine to operate in it's power band.

I will also add that the wet clutch delete has been known to cause MAJOR belt problems (like making them explode).  It is suited ok to race applications because you are ALWAYS on the gas and not ever slipping the belt.  But in trail riding you are almost always on and off the throttle and that causes the problem I believe.
I can imagine a world completely at peace.  A world where there are no weapons, no war, and no violence at all.  And I can imagine us taking over that world because they would never expect it.

NMKawirider, you are absolutely wrong on that. I have the race kit and i have test many setting.
The best result are to live the secondary to stock position.
The race kit make the ZForce a lot stronger than just clocking the secondary and with the stock set up on the secondary the engine jump to 7100 rpm on start and slowly climb ton 7600 rpm.
Just perfect!
If you clock the secondary you will it the cut off of 7750 rpm on start.

The race kit is a LOT more agressive and the best is it make the engine very free reving. The engine climb in rpm just as fast as a motocross type engine. A LOT less weight in rotation.

Its by far the best mod for the Z...
You can run with every sxs on a tight trail.
