I wanted to put this to the forum and see what the consensus was. I have the 2 Brothers Exhaust and Dobeck Stage 2 tuner on my '15 Zforce 800 EX and wondered if any of you guys had any idea what the approx HP gain is with these two working together? My dealer tells me its noticeable to them since they drive stock units around the yard like mine.

Dyno tune it! You have a tuner why not tune it rather than guess

Dialed Infor your unit, I think 70hp could be very possible.
High flow Airfilter, slip on muffler and fuel controller.

I would say Wheels is about right.  I have all of it and you can feel a difference for sure.  I am also running a Air/fuel ratio gauge so i tuned mine for exactly what I want.
I can imagine a world completely at peace.  A world where there are no weapons, no war, and no violence at all.  And I can imagine us taking over that world because they would never expect it.

It won't But if you take it to someone who can dyno it and read your exhaust, you have the tuner so they can change the settings to make sure it is running correctly, not too lean or too rich then you will also get the HP and torque numbers.

62.5 stock if memory serves me on the 800. When I added a slip on exhaust to my Wildcat 700 (60+ HP, AC never revealed a solid # altho the consensus is it has 64), the manufacturer claimed 9% HP gains, which would put me around 70hp. That's without a tune, so I'd guess 71-73 for the Z800 with an AFR tuner in place.

I'm curious how easy the Dobeck is to dial in compared to the Power Commander's autotune feature that requires another bung being added to the header for AFR measurements. That's my only concern when you add a tuner - you start down that rabbit hole of maintaining the perfect AFR to keep that motor humming along nicely.

I can tell you one thing, that Rotax 800 sounds a LOT better than my 700 when you open it up. Always loved the sound of a Rotax twin doing what it does best !
