Yeah... But for Mike and I it is a clutch issue. Min was 71mph and I took it apart to change to b2 and I was now running 64 mph.  So for us it's not a matter of added weight
I can imagine a world completely at peace.  A world where there are no weapons, no war, and no violence at all.  And I can imagine us taking over that world because they would never expect it.

Good luck with yours. The best mine ever got was about 68 and now its about 62 with the clutch change. That's OK with me.

I can't see the pics. They're too small. I don't have any ideas at the moment, but maybe bigger pics would help.

sorry about the small pictures i didn't realize they would be that small until i posted them lol. I didn't get to rip mine apart this weekend and check the preload, but does clocking it to B2 make a really big difference? the only reason i want to go up to that is because I'm running 30 inch tires and it takes a lot more pedal to get it going and lost a lot on going up hills, I'm not really concerned about top speed. My before and after doesn't feel all that different after change to B2.

Well, B2 is more then double the preload as B1 so...there should have been a hell-of-a-difference. Keep in mind it won't make any difference taking off like the difference between high and low range, but clocking the clutch changes the shift-out and backshift characteristics. Now if you go with sliders over the rollers in your primary, they let the primary parts a little more which lowers your starting ratio and they close the primary a little more on the other end which gives you a hair more top end. I would also drop a gram or so on those with the 30s. Go to the 24s or 23s.  I sure would like for someone with 30s to try the A2 and report back. It might be that B2 isn't enough for that size tire.

IM AT A2 WITH 28 DOUGLAS MOAPA RUN FLATS, HUGH IMPROVMENT OVER B2, LIKE NIGHT AND DAY, YOU WILL LOOSE ABOUT 10 MPH BUT THE POWER RANGE IS WHERE IT NEEDS TO BE WE RIDE MOUNTAINS MOST THE TIME,  RAN APROX 68 MPH NOW RUNS 59 EST NO PROBLEMS FOR MY TYPE OF RIDING, I WILL GET RPMS UP INTO PROPER POWER RANGE. ALSO THE RUN FLAT TIRES ARE HEAVY APROX 45 LBS EACH DONT THINK I NEED TO GO ANY MORE ON SECONDARY CLUTCH BECAUSE IT WOULD PUT RPMS TO HIGH ON CRUSING

I might give A2 a try before doing anything else. With the extra weight I have and even though the GRs are just 27", they are a heavy tire....all in all B2 isn't enough...or the 800cc engine isn't enough..and as I really don't need much over 55mph I think I'll try it.

OK...I'm officially on A2 with 22gram sliders. Man I hope it's not too much. I have about 197lbs more weight then it came with though. Now I just need to test it. I have the most issues in deep sand and sandy hill climbs so we need to hit our West Mesa-Southern.

I was glad to see very little dust or dirt buildup in the clutch area. Most of what was there was oddly inside the slider area of the primary. The new and improved intake filter should reduce that even more.

Jogon30. Not a fan of Saturdays out there...too many people but maybe Sunday or Monday?
