Just seen on Alpha there are 3 different bearing shells listed, no sizing just says red, black and blue

Exact Crank A can carry Black or Blue, Crank B can wear red or black

Just an update, the different shells are only a few tho bigger, they are to make up the difference in tooling when the crank is made, they are not big enough to do a crank re-grind.
We are looking into finding a shell from a car that we can use, other wise it's new crank time.
I will update again if we find a oversize shell that will fit

Another update - we found bearing shells for the big end (bottom end) that are a direct replacement for the cf moto ones, from a Toyota car (I have part numbers if anyone's interested) so a set of over sized one's were ordered and the crank has been reground, the engine is nearly ready for fitting

Good thing as I told you I had the same problem with 700 miles. Buy all vuevo since a cylinder is oval. The cigueñal and cojinte broken. Put everything new and look great. I leave a video of the first exit.

My engine is all rebuilt just need to flush the oil cooler lines and in she goes, I done a little porting on the intake side when I was waiting for the crank to be sorted out.

The CVT case's are separate the gear case/ engine case's are joined

Well she's been running for a week or two 150 miles on the clock with no problems so far.

Picture shows part numbers for replacement bearing so you can have your crank re-ground.
