I can't seem to get the left front axle shaft out.  The right side popped right out.  I've yanked on the left and no go.  Based on how the front diff is made, can't get a puller in there.  Any ideas?  Ok to yank on the shaft itself or should I try to only pull on the cup?

Also, I need the inner boot.  What is every body using?  Ebay is no help, and I'd rather get it on my own versus buying from the dealer.  Which end joint of the axle comes apart?

Both sides should come out the same way however I have found on some other makes that the C-clip on the end tends to be fussy on collapsing to come through. Those I found if I push in super hard and rotated 45 degrees at a time then pop it outward hard I eventually find the sweet spot.

Not sure which end comes apart...thought they both did. Manual should help with that. I'd either just get the boots and straps from Alpha-Sports or If I had an EX..just get a set or Rhinos from SATV.

Yeah, my differential mounts broke/pulled away before breaking anything in the differential or the axle shafts.  So I'd agree based on that small sample size, the axles were pretty solid.  I think I may try to size up one of those split boots and see if I can replace it with that - since I can't get the axle out the diff.

Once again, some good advice on here.  Spun the shaft a few times, pulls in between, and it popped right out.

Still, no real clear idea how the axles come apart.  Is there a retaining ring in the inner cup?  Anybody had one of these apart?

I seem to just be talking to myself here, but I was able to get the replacement boot kit from the dealer tonight ($36).  The inside joint of the axle came apart exactly as the video shows above.  Very simple.  One big outer ring holds the cup on, then a snap ring holds the rest of the joint to the axle.  Just a little messy with the grease and getting it back together.  Helps to have the band clamp tool, which I did.
