Hello i have a 600 utv and the fuel pump is bad again for the 3rd time. What could be causing these to go bad? The orig one went 600 miles and now they last about 3 miles each. Can anyone point me in the right direction here?

Hello i have a 600 utv and the fuel pump is bad again for the 3rd time. What could be causing these to go bad? The orig one went 600 miles and now they last about 3 miles each. Can anyone point me in the right direction here?

I guess the question should be..what part of the fuel pumps are failing? If it's the motors, what are the voltage levels? And if it the pump heads, what type of failure is there? And has anyone confirmed the vent check valve is operating normally? These can stick shut causing the pumps to fight vacuum and that takes them out faster.   

I will check the vent and voltage and get back to ya.
