Hello i have a Zforce 950 with 224 miles and wont change to second gear i believe. and it wont pass 28mph...On H gear any ideal on what's the problem or how to fix?

Need to read-up on the CVT systems these have. No gears, just clutches & belt to transmissions that have forward ranges as in High and Low. Many have had problems with the plastic parts of the flyweights...that's a parts of the Drive or Primary clutch, melting under the extreme heat they can generate. This stops them from moving thus stops shift-out. Time to pull it apart for a complete inspection. Grab your service manual and do both while in there.

How do we change out the plastic parts?  Are there metal ones available?

Pull the cam plate off the primary, All the flyweights are behind it. See if any are damaged or in backwards.

Speed limiter when in 4 wheel diff lock.
