Hi guys.  This might be a dumb question but I went to change the oil today on the 950.  I just bought a kit off of cf moto parts.  The filter I was sent was a hi flo 152. The oil filter I took off has a spring in the middle down on the inside.  The hf152 does not.  Is it missing it or just a different design.  To be honest I don't know where the last filter came from. It was given to me.

I am shocked that a KIT from CFM would include a filter made by someone else. Sounds like something put together inhouse . But...people use the HF and the K&N 152 so..use it. The spring is just for the bypass relief. Everyone has their own design.
