The single-rate medium Bandit springs are far superior then any CFM spring for ride quality but for now set the compression, that's the upper one in front to full-fast then one click toward the slow if your shocks have 12-13 click adjustments or leave it on full-fast if only 4-6. This will allow them to compress easiest and limit the bottoming-out on the larger stuff. Then on the rebound, that's the one on the bottom, set it all the way to slow or shut the valve then open it toward the fast one click if you have the shocks that have only 4-6 clicks or three clicks if you have the shocks with 12 or 13 clicks through-out the range. This will slow the springy snap-back and take the jolt out of the bumps.
