My name is Tim & I'm a farmer in Australia. My property boundary is with 50,000 acres of Nature Reserve mountain trails. I have recently purchased a UFORCE 550EPS. It does a great job & is a lot of fun riding the trails. However, it main purpose in life is as a farm utility vehicle. We raise horses, our land is sandy soils & will only tolerate a light vehicle footprint. The UFORCE is running 14" x 7" front rims & 14" x 8"rear rims with CST ABUZZ 26x 9 front & 26x11-14" tires on the rear. Way too aggressive for farm use. I want to change to 12x7 & 12x8 rims with Carlisle MuliTrac C/S 25x9 & 25x11-12" tires. These are the only turf tires with a gentle footprint, that I can find. The Users Guide that came with the vehicle specified either 14" or 12" rims, but I have heard discussion that because of the brake offset, I can't run the 12" rims. Has anybody in the forum changed to 12" rims & has anybody have experience with the Carlisle MULTITRAC C/S tires? Thanks in anticipation of your reply's.

I can't say as I haven't done it but some that have gone to a 12" wheel had issues with caliper and/or shock clearance where some that used a different offset or wheel spacers got away with it. Are you sure you can't get the tire you want in a 14" wheel? Or one like it somewhere. You can put a LT A/T truck tire on the 14" wheel if nothing else. For your needs it might be beneficial to just get all four wheels in a 14x7 with say..a 5+2 offset. That way you can use most anything...and rotate them as needed too.

Carlisle make a 25x8.50x14 in the multi trac.
These blokes list 26x11.00x14 in a turf tyre.

Also look at speedway tyres in 14"

Failing that then 14" car tyres, tou wont wear them out.
