i have one problem my bike not speeding  more then 52 km  ? 

32 mph is not very fast.  How many miles?  Is it broken-in?  Any check engine codes?  If yes, codes, computer could be safe mode.

yes it is broken in after reach 32 mph  no any engine check indication is this normal? because I'm new on this bike i bought it used

Just another thought: maybe you "CV belt" is glazed and it's slipping.

Mine did that a while back, after many hours of testing fuel pressure and all electrical parts that I could, a friend suggested I change the fuel filter, only had 900 miles on it, can't be bad yet. Well it wasn't dirty and I was getting fuel pressure but it had fallen apart inside and there was a perfect piece inside blocking fuel volume. New filter and back to normal. Lesson learned, start with the basics before you look into it to deep, good luck, hope it's an easy fix
