I think I can figure it out and may need to drill and use push pins ... but it did not come with instructions ... anyone have some ?

I saw that the EX extensions used push-pins on the first flat area so when I make my own I just used that too. Just drilled and installed as I went starting at the first tight bend then about every 4-6" to the end...with a couple close together at each end.

Did that this fall.  Measure twice and start with the two end holes first making sure the flare is tight against the body.  Have a friend hold it.
