I was able to ride on the 25th, was supposed to meet my buddy to ride. He was 5 hours late. I knew he would be late, so I normally just let him know the area I'll be in and we meet up. I did the same thing, but he ended up getting lost. After a couple more hours I was able to contact him and knew the area he was in, so I told him to go to a location and I would meet him there. We finally met up and continued the ride. The ride was nice, a few animals were cooperative, a couple of elk and some deer. I was surprised to see some water in a stock tank since we haven't had any moisture in a while now. Covered about 75 miles in almost 13 hours of riding. It was rather windy though, that part was not good. I thought we might get rained on towards the end of the ride, it started to get cloudy and dark, but only sprinkled a little bit. Here are some photos.

I can see why locals like to use the alligator cedar to make furniture, hard to tell, but the wood grain is beautiful.

Was hoping to get some rain when it started looking like this.
