Another nice video.  It's pretty amazing how well the image stabilization works in the GoPro's.

Yeah...you can kinda compare the two when I have them top and bottom on the screen and I hear the 9s are even better but this one is just fine. I just have to get the other setting right. Boy it was hot up there. 8200 ft and still got into the 90s in early afternoon. Late afternoon the clouds and some small showers cooled it down some.

Awesome videos dude that looks like a nice trail to ride.  I see you another SXS and a four legged friend with you.  If you need help or have questions with the go pro, hit me up I can give you some advice.

Thanks. This new 8 is very different from my old 3 and finding the best settings for YT has become a challenge.

GoPro 8 is a beast.    To keep file size as small and youtube friendly as possible try the following:
RESOLUTION at 1080
FPS between 24 or 30
LENS depends on where you mount the GoPro but usually either SuperView or Wide (to show more of your machine and lots of scenery.
HyperSmooth On

Another cool thing to have and it only works when editing your clips on "GoPro Quick" is to add gauges that show your speed, route and other things.   To be able to add those gauges to your videos you must have the GPS  turned On in the camera when you film.  Keep in mind the GPS will consume a bit more of battery.

As ease of access goes you can control and see what your camera sees from your cellphone.  You'll need GoPro Quik app installed in your cell, to have the wifi turned on in your phone and camera (don't worry you don't need internet service or signal, this is just for the camera and phone communicate in between them.) That will give you a sweet remote control.....but it does increase battery drain.

Hope that helps and if you have any questions I am here to help.

Thanks. Starting to get the hang of it. I do keep the GPS on and do always have it..and the other one plugged-in to a power source so battery isn't a problem. Didn't know about the GoPro Quick editor and the gauges. Might have to try that. Been using it just to quickly down-load the files and using my Power Director 19 for the editing. I do have the GO app on the phone and on my GPS tablet and run it on the tablet to control the Go Pros.
