Rode the Contoocook trails for the second time this year. Beautiful clear warm (hot!) weather.

The new settings on the rear shocks of the Z800 trail really softened the bumps and spared the kidneys. No more "pogo stick" ride. The wife took the wheel trepidatiously for a bit and it turns out she's a natural. She's been promoted from passenger to backup pilot :-)

The lack of rain has resulted in some really dusty conditions. We needed some long distances between rigs in spots just to be able to see the trails. We managed to find a few mud holes, but they were few and far between, and uninspiring. We are in desperate need of some heavy rain around here. I hope it hits before the Mt Washington ride.

The new trail connecting to the High Tide Restaurant was a plus! We brought our own adult beverages to compliment the meals :-)
