My wife and I got out last weekend in the General C. C. Andrews State Forest last weekend in Moose lake. It is open year round even in the spring thaw. It was very wet and a very fun mixture of water and ice and snow and Sandy areas all meandering through different types of trees in the State Forest.
Anyone looking to ride there again let me know and the Soo line is also open in Moose lake in Carlton county.
