Does anyone know, can you shift 2whl high to 4whl high in a U Force without bunging it up? Manual says you must stop, but after having tried it very slow, letting off the gas and shifting, I didn't hear  anything adverse. Any info on this?

I do it all the time with my Z. Just do it below 10mph and with the throttle in a neutral state.

Thanks, what does it do if you're going faster, grind? I guess there are just no synchros on front end engagement eh?

the faster you go the more of a chance you have that your front and rear tires can be spinning at different speeds due to slight size differences due to wear, as you go faster the speed difference multiplies. Will it hurt anything? Probably not but the faster you go the more chance you could hurt something IMO

Agreed 100% in fact some manufacturers won't allow you to do any shifting over a certain speed..say 12mph..but I have shifted mine in and out of 4wd a bit above that so I don't think CFM has those limiters. Play it safe..keep it on the slower-side.
