I have a 2015 UForce 800 and I replaced the front drive shaft because the collar broke on it. Now it won't come out of 4x4 and the drive shaft is hitting the sway bar. Do I have a front differential issue? I am looking for ideas please.

The drive shaft is what connects the engine to the front differential. So, might have a diff issue now sense the sway bar should never make contact with drive line. Something was installed very incorrectly. This would also be true if you are instead talking about an axle..or CV Driveshaft (as CFM calls them), which connects the wheels to the differential. Internally, should there be abnormal loads applied on the axles or pinion, there may be a possibility for alignment problems that could cause the slider and fork after the actuator not to function correctly. I think she needs to come back apart and find the issue.

The old drive shaft was hitting the sway bar as well. We checked the installation of the new drive shaft and it seems to be installed properly. We made sure it was seated properly before installing the bolts. Could there be a mount issue on the front differential (transfer case or whatever the proper term may be), someone had suggested that to me? I wouldn't be able to tell unless pushing up on the drive shaft itself to see if the whole housing moved.

There are reports of some CFM's front diffs tearing off or pulling out of their mounts. This could allow it to twist-upward on the pinion side and bring the drive line up as well....so yes, check the mounts.
