Hello everyone, first time poster.  I have a couple issues with my 2021 U1000.

First, when reversing.  I try to ease the throttle to control the speed but it seems like it doesnt take off right away and then when it does, its at a much higher RPM than I would like for backing up slowly/controlled.  Is this common?  I would expect as I rev up the drive would move immediately and speed up with increased throttle.

Second question.  When I drive forward at low speed the machine bounces almost as if the drive belt is skipping until it gets up to a decent speed (10+ mph).  Is that possibly the drive belt that needs to be investigated?

Just from hearing what's going on I would say yes, better take a look at the belt and the clutches. Bet you will find glazed spots all over it.
