As I'm super cheap when it comes to things I can build myself
I added a lift to my U1000
Today added just over 2"s
Cost 30$ Canadian so like 5$us lol  took an afternoon
21 uforce 1000
SA doors
30" dirt commander 2.0 on itp deltas
Custom cab and box cover
Custom clutching

How did you mount the brackets to the back? 
Did you have to move any of the holes?  I have to same lift but haven't installed it yet

I made my lift myself but it's Close to the same as the one you can buy but I only put one shock remount hole in mine not 2 like the kit has
I didn't have to move any holes but you will have to drill one in the top to secure the bracket down
