That’s just Great 👎

I found aftermarket front ones at a dealer here I just didn’t want to do the drive but I guess I’ll be calling them in the morning lol 🤞

Who makes aftermarket fronts?

For the old 800s they were close to the old Polaris RzR 800 and with a little modification they could be made to work all around. But not sure of the new 1000s.

For a while Garage Products made a great set for the Zs but as far as I know they quit. I had some rear knuckle bushings failing because of the spacers and went with OE just because I didn't want to modify and knurl another set of RzR bushings. Can't believe I paid that much for Chinese bushings and sleeves.

There not a perfect match but

The dealer gave be a set of allballs
Bushings for the front said that’s what they use on all of them just add a 9/16 washer between the bushing an ear as the head isn’t quite as thick they been doing it for yrs I guess
I never put them in yet as they just had a loose nut lol but I need to do my backs for sure there pretty sloppy

I’ll post both when I talk to them if they have a rear option

Soooo here’s what my local dealer uses an sells

It’s allballs kits
Now to work they require a washer behind each bushing no big deal imo

Nice. When I use the Polaris bushings I use these nylon washers. They have a 5/8" center that slips over the sleeve and have to be adjusted on thickness a hair to slip in. Still..pretty cheap and don't wear on the mount brackets like the steel washers I had before did.

Got mine off ebay cheap a couple of years ago but all I can find now is these from Amazon. Still..not bad 50 for under 11 bucks.
