Just broke my new Uforce 1000 in with 204 miles on it and had the 20 hour maintenance done. Soon thereafter I was driving it around the yard slowly then turned it off and it would not restart. When the key was turned on the dash was blank with no evidence of any power but when I turned the key off the park icon on the top left and several icons on the right border flashed many times then stopped. I tested the battery and it registered 10.4  volts so I jump started it and ran it for 30 minutes. Turned it off and then trying to restart it same thing occurred with the dash being dead. This time the battery tested on the posts read 12.7volts but tested at the first connection at the frame just above the battery, it read 10 .4 volts. The battery connections seemed tight and I even tightened them but got the same readings. Took the battery wires off and cleaned them. The negative battery terminal seemed to have black paint on it and I scraped it to bare metal. I put everything back and it started and worked perfectly with multiple starts thereafter with no problem. Hope this helps someone

Battery under no load should read around +/- 12.6 VDC.  Appears you have a bad battery.
Sugest you check directly at the battery terminals, if good you have a bad connection somewhere.

Bad connections can happen anywhere..battery posts and cable ends, connectors, fuse holders, inside relays, grounding bolts..even inside harnesses.
