That looks terrific! I'm looking to close my buggy in over the SuperATV doors, but I don't have your ambition or talent!

It'll wind up looking like all of my repaired farm equipment, lol! I'll have to dust off the TIG welder and get dainty. I have pipe, several benders and lots of TIG rod.

Looks great. I am in the middle of building windows also. What material did you use. I was thinking of just using 1in metal conduit. Is the latch from the superatv door strong enough to latch everything?

Also what hinges?

I used 1/2 emt as it fit closer in the groove on the cage an doesn’t let the window stick out to much
The hinge is just piano hinge or continuous hinge depending on what you call it
PCs on the side are just 3/4” wood
Biggest issues was getting the top connected to the doors there not exactly square opening
Passenger side was great
But driver side dropped a lil at half open you can play with it all day if you want but in the end a few zip ties with a lil play works wonders
Also the wood fill sits at an angle coming out at the bottom to align with the doors

The latches hold great so far
I’m planing on a lil slider to reach in I still have a rope that hangs out an yesterday it caught a tree branch an opened the door lol
So I’d plan for that off the bat

If your not going with hardened lexan id suggest having an clear vinyl put on at least the front it will save it an can be changed once it’s scratched up

Thanks for the materials list. I'm going to try make one with flat bar stock of steel or aluminum. It'll tuck into the frame  nicely, and will be easier to bend and TiG weld. I will attempt to draw up and 3D print the hinges, window frame-to-door frame clips, sliding window channels and some sort of door latch contraption. I'll use Carbon Fiber Nylon. This will be interesting.....
