Hi All,

First time post, please forgive me if this has already been addressed:

Installed factory OEM horn, relay and switch. No horn sound.
On second switch, horn works when touched to a 12V battery.

At a loss.....any suggestions?

TIA!

Welcome. What is this "second switch"? Sounds like the power supply isn't there to start with. Try with the key on and off.

Is the switch sending power to the relay and if so, is the relay's coil grounded...and if so, is the load (horn) on the proper relay terminal as well as line power.

the switch does light up.

Are you sure you connected it to the correct wire under the dash?

I am on the second switch sent from the store. I am sure its plugged into the correct cord as it is the only one that the switch fits.

I just did my 2023.  I attached the horn to the wire harness in the wheel well and plugged the rocker switch into the corresponding wire harness in the dash and that was it.  There was no relay.

I am having the same issue...switch on dash lights up just fine. Think I have not found the correct wire fitting in the wheel well. What color wires and how many are in the thatl horn fitting in the wheel well. And which side? Its the last item on my list to complete.

The horn wires (2) are on the drivers side. You have to purchase a pigtail from cfmoto that goes from horn to the 2 wire connector on drivers side.

Thanks for the location info.....found it and tapped in a pair of truck horns. Final step to make street legal.
