Anyone know of a clutch kit for the UForce 1000??  Mine is very herky jerky in high until about 12-13 mph.  I wish Duraclutch offered a model for it, that would be a must have!!!

There are no clutch kits but you can reclock the secondary and you can change the primary's rollers out to a different weight slider or roller. Look to Dr Pulley for that...not sure they make them for the 1000s yet but maybe.

Turns out the belt was burnt in a few areas from the 74 miles it had on it from several test drives.....dealer installed a new belt and its pretty smooth now....

Mine is new and I find it jerky in low and high when crawling or throttling back at slow speeds. I'm getting used to it, but it requires a little finesse for sure to enjoy a smooth ride. I will see if it improves during normal break in. If not I will have the dealer look at it during the 20 hour service. It "seems" to be getting better but I think it's my size 14 foot adjusting with very delicate input.  Overall pleased with the U1000 so far.  Incredibly powerful torque and surprisingly very fast even with the swapped out 29' tires.

Just want to toss-in that some..not all..of the jerkyness does come from the bouncing of the throttle...and all CFMs come with way too light of spring pressure on the peddle. In the How Tos there's a thread on increasing that resistance so you don't have to hold your foot up all the time which causes  foot fatigue and bouncy-peddle-syndrome. Did it to mine and so glad I did.

It can be fixed with a simple ecu flash done through the dealership at no cost.  We do it all the time.

Do you 'flash' the 950 sport as well? It runs the same motor as the 1000. 950 sport has a switch on the dash for 'sport' or 'eco' modes.
Eco works well for the trails because it requires more throttle to accelerate. (less jerky on rough terrain)
I'm having an issue with cold starting, too much cranking to start, starts great when warm. Maybe a re-flash for that?
