From reading through most everyones problem list it sounds like a majority of the issues are dealer prep problems.  Either the dealers are bad at doing the prep or something.  The throttle cable issues is on CFM but the reality of that is it is a VERY small fix that just needs addressed.
I can imagine a world completely at peace.  A world where there are no weapons, no war, and no violence at all.  And I can imagine us taking over that world because they would never expect it.

2015 800
1200 miles
Mirrors got sacrificed the tree gods lol
Vss sensor loose
Rear cylinder valve cover gasket was leaking
Got that replaced under warranty
Still using oil between ~750-1150 miles I have added almost a gallon of oil total to keep it full, been to dealer 3 times and about 6 weeks of down time they found the pressure relief valve was stuck, said it shouldn't use more oil...time will tell

2015 Z800 EP, 200 miles, 28" tires. Exhaust gaskets replaced twice, 2 wheel studs overtightened and stripped (dealer prep) shocks getting replaced tomorrow w. updated design due to rubbing. Seat base molded wrong and rocks, all grease fittings needed to be replaced due to no access and no grease able to be put in. All in all happy with it, just needs a little love, dealer / CF Moto has been good to fix so far

2016 CFMOTO Z8 110 miles.  So far air filter top fell off, license plate light melted, shifter plastic pc broke, water pump leaks, and a loose wheel bearing.  My dealer told me the water pump leak will go away and the rest was covered under warranty.  I hope he is right.  For a machine that only has 110 easy miles is sure not holding up so far!

2015 uforce 800 210km  first time i washed it with a garden hose a bunch of paint fell of the radiator suport , the gear shift linkage has been stiff from day one everyone said it will loosen up with use , but it doesnt seem to be getting any better time for some tinkering .Apart from those small niggles i am very impressed

2016  800ex eps. 700 miles of desert, trails and rock crawling. Only issue has been scratches on the mud flaps that I have since taken off.
Mechanically it has been perfect.
I go use a half windshield on colder runs as it help keep slot of the engine heat inside the cab.
I do wish engine heat was better vented.
Been very happy with my purchase.

Thats great to hear Karmis. Thank you for posting that info up.

I really like how that looks with the fender flares removed. Are there any leftover holes anywhere when removed?

Yes, but I just put the removed button plugs right back in the holes.

2015 Z800EX EPS

Roughly 500 miles,  only major issue I have experienced was the shocks.  The fronts were rubbing the reservoir, and the rear ones pulled out of the bottom adjuster.  All were covered under warranty.

Still the same design, so I keep a spare front shock in the cargo area just in case.

Not a fan of the tires, they side walls seem a little weak.  My riding area is coal and shale.  The shale is like razors,  I have a few fillets out of the sidewalls.  I plugged the hell out of them, once they are worn more I will invest in a new set.  Something with a stronger sidewall.

Very happy with my purchase, and very happy with my dealer (buttorf's)  They even replaced the rear brake line that was severed when the last shock blew..
