Hey all, new to the forum and CFmoto. I'm considering buying a used 2015 uforce 800 with 5xx kilometers on it. Test drove it today and there seems to be some exhaust fumes coming up around the console/passenger seat. I'm thinking this is probably just a leaking exhaust gasket, has anybody here had or seen this issue? Any feedback would be appreciated. I also noticed that its very hard to feather the gas, it just seems to go or no go. I have never driven one before so not sure if that's normal.

I don't have any experience with the UForce but I do know they have had some issues with the springs on their exhaust flanges allowing the flanges to become in-set and leaking...and there is one pretty close behind the seats. As for clutching, they have a wet clutch setup and seems all are a little different depending on the spring reload and condition. Some...that have has a spring or two break tend to engage very quickly and even not disengage completely at idle. Anyway its clutch-related usually.

Springs are weak on the exhaust,  mine started leaking at 100 miles.  Your foot will get used to being able to work the gas with reasonable control.

What do you plan to use it for?

I plan to use it around the yard, plowing snow, utility work, but I will also be doing some trail and sand dune riding. Hence the reason I'm on the fence. I know the zforce will be better for the fun stuff!

If you plan on having fun with it I would go Zforce. It can plow and do anything the Uforce can do just has less cargo room, but that can be fixed with a tow behind trailer. I would just clock the secondary right away.

Well I took the plunge and picked up a 2014 800 Tracker. Can't wait to test her out!
