Yeah his statement is contrary to everything we know about CFM so unless it's backed up by some facts...and soon..it will just go ByBy.

I recall CFM allowing frame repair at local fab shops under warranty instead of replacing the entire frame. That tells me they want the customer to have there ride back quickly. They might have just did something silly and now they are just mad because cfmoto won't fix it. If it's a legitimate claim, I would very much like to hear about it.

Accidents, such as crashes, are not manufactures defect. They are accidents.

Manufacturers defect = Warranty
Accident = Insurance

Greg was not the "head guy" FYI.  He was like second in command in marketing.  And yes he did leave CF Moto

I had a CFMoto engine in chinese dune buggy that I had modified quite a bit.  I liked to refer to it as a "CF Mofo".  How's that for a rider group name?  The CF Mofos!

I hear ya there! same here.

As someone who is highly interested in a CFMOTO 800 Trail but who has not purchased yet I would leave this post up and alive.   It makes me feel extremely more confident in purchasing this product by the way you guys are responding to this and standing up for both the product line and the company.  My 2 cents!
