Everyone I know has put larger tires on their Side x Side and has never needed to do anything unless they were large enough to require a lift or heavy enough to suggest an upgraded sheave or other clutch work to maintain low speed performance.

There is a thread here called "Wheel Offset" which would be good reading for you. You can find it and others by searching those words, limiting to "Topic Subjects Only".
A post claims that the factory front wheels are 7" wide with a 4+3 offset. Factory rears are 8" wide with a 5+2 offset. That seems odd since 5+2 = 7, not 8. From what I read you should be able to pull the wheels off and see the size stamped on them somewhere, maybe a spoke.
My one question would be why you want to replace the stock wheels. My 2021 has very nice aluminum rims and I would just buy new tires and have them mounted.

I took my first real trail ride on Saturday after setting everything to full 'fast', removing the sway bar, and installing the Bandit springs with a pre-load that puts me level at 9". Front tires at 10 psi and rear at 12 psi.
It made a world of difference. While I don't thing it is possible for the trail model to be 'plush' because of the very short A-arms, it went from very uncomfortable to actually 'pretty good'. I hit some whoops at speed and it seemed to take them in stride. Ran over a lot of big rocks at speed and it took them 10x better that stock.

Mine is the same. It is certainly disconcerting.

I am pretty sure with the wires cut I see the same. Ignition on only, seat belt indicator on. Engine running the indicator goes off after a second.

How did you get to the belt roller above the gas tank? Also, where the seat belts clip in, did you add to the existing bolts on the frame, or make new holes for the harnesses?
I used 14mm and 19mm combination wrenches to get the nut and washer off. It was too tight for a socket wrench. I was very careful not to drop anything. There was plenty of room on the bolt to add the outer lap belt anchor.
For the inner anchor I just slipped it under the existing seat belt socket and used the original bolt.

Installed the harnesses after work. Had to remove 4 of the plastic panels to get access to the nuts and washers for where you plug the stock seat belts in. I left the passenger stock seat belt so they have a choice. I just cut the wire on the driver side and will save the stuff if I ever sell it and someone wants the original belt.
In general:
In general:
- Remove the Seats
- Remove the air intake cover
- Remove the middle saddle
- Remove the plastic panels under each seat
- Loosen the CVT vent
- Cut the driver side seat belt wire and tuck it away
- Install the seat belts and put it all back

As soon as my local dealer replaces the locked driver side seat belt after only 50 miles, I am going to install a pair of Pro Armor A114220 Black 4-Point Harness. I am planning to leave the stock seat belts in place. I think there may be a way to hide one set behind the seat when you want to use the other ones. I will post pics of what I figure out.

I just backed off the rear pre-loading .5 inches on each side. That made me sit level with tire pressures 10 front, 14 rear. I opened front clickers to the first solid click from full fast on both compression and rebound and left the front pre-loads alone.
Maybe at some point I will swap springs but one reason I bought the 800 trail was price and am not looking to drop a lot of cash on new shocks.

My friend and I ended up at Lost Trails on Sunday. Not my favorite place by far but a lot closer than AOAA. The whole place is abusively rough. Not technical, just endlessly rocky.
Here is a video of him following me through the half-frozen tunnel.
We also climbed the rocky steps at Top of The World. Here are the videos we took.
