My friend and I ended up at Lost Trails on Sunday. Not my favorite place by far but a lot closer than AOAA. The whole place is abusively rough. Not technical, just endlessly rocky.

i like FRO better then AOAA  been riding there  for over 20 years now  ssrt is good  to can ride 24/7 and its only 20$  for the year
