When you say switch are you referring to the barrel you put key into or a switch somewhere else?

Good day,
I jump on my Quad, put key in ignition and turn once, this is when the display should light up.
If im lucky it will but more times than not l get a blank display, so l gently turn key back and forth
until l get life, this morning l was on it for 10 mins. If l move the key while engine is running sometimes
it has stopped the engine and again no display.
What should l check first before going down the route of new ignition barrel.

Hi everyone 

My quad has a loud tapping/clicking sound coming from the steering column!!
l just moved handle bars slightly and it happens.
Ever since l moved the handle bars to straighten the wheels while engine
was off and l think it put a strain on something in steering.
Video attached.
I am hoping its the dampener because it only costs like £2.00. just waiting for someone to sort it for me.
Has anyone fitted theses before? Feed back on your thoughts to what you might think it is please.

This has happened to my Cforce 550eps 2018

Ever since it clicks/taps at the slightest movement of the steering. Exactly like the video.
The dampener cost like £2.00. just waiting for someone to sort it for me.
